The Valle Benuara Farm
The Valle Benuara farm is located in Fulgatore, just a few kilometres from the city of Trapani, in the centre of Western Sicily. The rural setting abounds with orchards, olive groves, kitchen gardens and vineyards of the finest grapes, ideal for those in search of authentic Sicily, its vibrant colours and intense aromas.
The restored and adapted old farmstead offers farmhouse accommodation at the centre of the farm, in the valley where the Benuara stream flows, after which the farm is named.
The Valle Benuara farm cultivates the following crops, according to the very finest methods and criteria:

- 12 hectares of fine grape vineyards (Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero d’Avola, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio)
- 2.5 hectares of PDO VALLI TRAPANESI olive groves (Cerasuola/Nocellara del Belice – 80% and Biancolilla – 20%)
- 2 hectares of fruit orchards (1.5 hectares of WONDERFUL ONE pomegranates and
- 0.30 hectares of mixed fruit)
- 0.2 hectares of seasonal vegetable gardens
The farm’s production is fully Organically Certified by the certifying body Suolo e Salute.
